Purchasing a property in Bulgaria is a process involving certain formalities. Our Bulgarian Manager looks after the day to day running of our businesses and properties in Bulgaria, ensuring that all business matters are being handled properly, all bills are paid - electric, water, state taxes, insurances and security etc. The solicitors of the team deal with legal needs, and are proficient at the legalities of house purchases and sales. They have dealt with all the legal requirements of this project to ensure all is correct. A local family looks after our houses, gardens and swimming pools.
